All sales are final

Every Batten parka is custom made to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf — each one is cut and sewn in the colors you selected, with your team's logo and, where ordered, an individual athlete's name stitched onto it. A parka made for your team cannot be sold to anyone else.

We do not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges. We do not issue refunds for size, fit, color, personalization, delivery timing, or change of mind.

This applies to every order, including individual orders placed through a team store. Please be certain before you approve your proof.

Before you order

Because all sales are final, getting it right up front matters. Your part:

• Check the size chart. It's built on height, weight, and finished garment measurements, not vague S/M/L. Measure over a t-shirt. If an athlete is between sizes, order up.

• Proofread every name. Names are stitched exactly as submitted. A typo on your roster becomes a typo on the parka.

• Review your proof carefully. We send a colored mockup showing your colors, artwork, and placement. Approving it confirms all of it.

• Ask for a swatch if exact color matters. Screens vary between devices. We'll mail physical color samples on request before you approve.

Canceling before production

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Nothing has been cut and nothing committed, so there's no cost to either of us.

You can also change sizes, quantities, names, or artwork free of charge up to proof approval.

Once you approve your proof, production begins and materials are committed. From that moment the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, and deposits become non-refundable.

If a material or import cost changes between your quote and production, we'll notify you before anything is cut, and you may accept the revised price or cancel at no cost.

Manufacturing defects and our errors

The only exception to the above: if a parka arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if we produced it differently from the proof you approved, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

This covers failed seams, broken zippers, coating delamination, and parkas made in the wrong color, size, or artwork versus the approved proof. It does not cover a size you chose, a name you submitted, normal wear, or damage from use.

Report defects within 7 days of delivery to info@ryteventures.com with your order number and photos. Do not ship anything back before we ask — we'll tell you whether we need it returned and send a prepaid label if we do.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a parcel is undeliverable because of an address you supplied, we'll reship once you confirm a corrected address, at your cost.

Team orders

Team orders are invoiced 50% to begin production and 50% before shipping. The deposit becomes non-refundable on proof approval.

For team stores, individual family orders may be canceled until the store closes. Once it closes, the team's parkas are produced as a single run and no individual order can be canceled.
