Everything is made to order

We don't hold stock, so nothing ships immediately. Production starts when you approve your proof, not when you place your order.

Typical timeline from proof approval to delivery: 4 weeks.

That's an estimate based on normal conditions, not a guarantee. If your team has a hard date — a championship meet, a banquet, a season opener — tell us before you approve, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For orders outside the US, contact us before ordering.

How team orders ship

To your coach (recommended). The whole order arrives in one carton, with each parka bagged and labeled by athlete name. This is by far the cheapest option and the easiest to hand out.

To individual addresses. Available on team store orders. Each family's parka ships to their own address. This costs meaningfully more per parka, because we're shipping sixty parcels instead of one.

Shipping charges

Shipping is billed separately from the parkas and is calculated by destination, weight, and method. You'll see the amount before you pay — nothing is added afterward.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where we made an error or an item arrived defective, in which case we cover shipping both ways.

Tracking

We email tracking as soon as your order leaves. If tracking hasn't updated in five business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier.

Delays

We aren't liable for delays outside our reasonable control — carrier backlogs, weather, customs or port disruption, or changes in trade regulation. We'll tell you promptly if a delay becomes material and give you the option to cancel any unproduced portion.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If a carrier confirms a shipment lost, we'll replace it at no cost.

Addresses

Check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned because of an address you supplied, we'll reship once you confirm a corrected address, at your cost.

Duties and taxes

Prices include import duties for delivery within the US. Sales tax is applied where required at checkout. Schools and nonprofits with a valid exemption certificate should send it to us before invoicing.
